("Sourcefire Common Stock") between March 9, 2007 to April 5, 2007, inclusive, you are a member of the Class and could get a payment from the Settlement as described in the Notice. ACCEPTABLE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

The following is a list of acceptable documentation, which supports your trading history, and must be included when filing your Proof of Claim:

  1. Monthly stock brokerage or investment account statements (reflecting your opening and closing balances for the months specified on the Proof of Claim Form);


  2. Trade confirmation slips (reflecting purchase and sale transactions);


  3. Signed letter from your broker or brokerage firm (on company letterhead) verifying the transactional information you are providing;


  4. Deposit or escrow receipt showing your holdings;

    or


  5. Other satisfactory proof confirming the particulars of each purchase, sale and/or holding between March 9, 2007 to April 5, 2007.
